Sellers:  I provide you with comps of your home and we will come up with a satisfactory listing price; I market your property for maximum exposure, I set up/confirm all showing appointments,  I communicate with you on all aspects of the process, good and bad (if there are any); I help you with negotiations when you receive offers on your home; I deal with all of the paperwork; I hold your hand through the whole process right up to the closing table; These services provided to you are why home sellers pay our brokerage commissions. I take the stress off of you and represent you so that you are 100% taken care of.  I like to stay in touch with all of my clients whether selling or buying even after closing.  I strive to create lasting relationships with each client and will always be there when they need me.

Buyers:  Once you are pre-qualified with a lender of your choosing and we have a dollar amount to start home shopping with;  I will make a list of where you would like to live, your wants and needs in a home as well as any specifics you may have. There will be no stone unturned when it comes to my searching for your home.  I will find it!! Once I do, be ready because homes are selling quick. Be prepared to make an offer; I will submit your offer and help with all negotiations as well as help keep you on task for earnest money, home inspection, home appraisal required by lenders, keeping in touch with listing agent and communicating to you at all times every step of the way. I do all the paper work and will hold your hand through the process all the way to the closing table.  Most sellers pay our brokerage commission therefore, buyers do not usually pay brokerage fees to have a Realtor represent them.  I work for you so that you are represented and taken care of 100%.
